Hiroshi Ouchi
Graduated in Economics at the Sophia University in Tokyo and currently Urban Planning and Regional Development Professor at Shibaura Institute of Technology in Tokyo. Provides consultation for the Japaneses local and central governments and gives lectures in the USA, China, Korea, Italy, Turkey, Russia, and Uzbekistan. Worked as researcher at the National Institute of Research Advancement and as research associate at the Fairbank Centre for East Asian Research, Harvard University.
