Marco Cosci
Marco Cosci (marco.cosci@unica.it) teaches Musical languages and Techniques in music composition at the University of Cagliari. He is also adjunct professor of Film Music at the University of Pavia, where he gained his Ph.D. in Musicology (2015). His research has been funded by Tufts University (Boston), Giorgio Cini Foundation (Venice) and the Department of Musicology and Cultural Heritage of the University of Pavia. He has written articles and chapters on film music, music theatre and musical modernism on international journals and volumes. He co-edited with Roberto Calabretto and Elena Mosconi All’ascolto del cinema italiano: musiche, voci, rumori («Quaderni del CSCI», 2019) and he published Egisto Macchi: The Asssassination of Trotsky.
