Florence Magee
She is the programme manager of "New Creative Markets", a professional development programme for creative businesses lead by SPACE, UK. She is a Creative Industries specialist with a passion for supporting micro-businesses. She has over 10 years experience working in creative businesses, including running her own hand-weaving studio. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Business Management from the Kedge Management School (France) and an MBA in Creative Industries Management with distinction from the University for the Creative Arts (UK). Her research findings are the subject of an article on Investigating Business Support and Identifying Entrepreneurial Profiles in the Irish Craft Sector, which has been accepted for publication in the Journal of Small Business and Enterprise Development.
